Swirled about in our froyo is 7 live and active cultures. Better known as probiotics – a major component to great gut health.
Not all products termed "frozen yogurt" actually contain live and active cultures. Some so-called "frozen yogurts" use heat-treated yogurt, which kills the live and active cultures, or they may simply add in cultures to the mix along with acidifiers and skip the fermentation step all together. We produce and deliver our yogurt to stores as a dairy product, not a powder, to preserve the integrity of the seven types of live and active cultures contained in our proprietary yogurt blends.
The National Yogurt Association (NYA) has established a special Live & Active Cultures seal to help you identify these yogurt products, which you’ll find on all our frozen yogurt products!
Many of our frozen yogurt flavors contain essential nutrients including fiber, calcium, protein, iron, potassium, and Vitamin D too!

Super FroYo
10+ Rotating Super FroYo Flavors! Look for the seal on the flavor tag!
Super FroYo flavors offer you not only great taste, but also a higher nutritional value of fiber, protein, calcium, Vitamin D and a manageable number of calories. To qualify as Super FroYo, these flavors must meet or exceed the following guidelines per serving*:
- 3 grams or more fiber
- 4 grams or more protein
- A good source of calcium and vitamin D
- 120 calories or less per serving
- 7 types of live and active cultures
- Low in fat
You will find the Super FroYo designation on popular flavors like White Chocolate Mouse, Cookies and Cream as well as Salted Caramel. Additionally, we have no sugar added Super FroYo flavors including Chocolate, Vanilla, Stawberry and Butter Pecan.
